Oxyfuel cutting

Oxyfuel cutting is the oldest and most saving method for cutting unalloyed and low-alloy steel, it is mainly used for cutting thick materials.

This technology is based on the simple process of the thermic reaction of burning oxygen and flammable gas, the flame heats up the material to the flash point and consequently the oxygen stream is driven to the cutting point which burns and flashes material off and at the same time it pushes the existing melt away from the cutting point.
